Kayla Frazier, CPDT-KA

Behavior Therapist Supervisor

Special Interests:

  • Helping pet owners understand motivations or antecedents for pet behaviors

  • Dog reactivity - specifically while on leash

  • Body language assessment and interpretation

  • Strengthening the family's overall relationship and quality of life with their fur baby


Her Pets:

  • Grady - Pit/Hound Mix

  • Doja Cat - DSH

  • Aretta-Lou - Mini Pot Belly Pig

  • Boot, Scoot, Boogie, & Lolly - The goat ladies

  • Mack - Miniature Donkey

  • A flock of chickens and guinea hens

Kayla was born and raised in Warrenton, Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Psychology. Kayla initially started working with Dr. Pike as her assistant back in 2016. Since then she has obtained her CPDT-KA credentials as well as a plethora of experience and knowledge working with highly reactive and aggressive cases. Kayla has a strong passion for leash reactivity training as her own dog, Grady, has been working through his leash reactivity journey. Kayla now lives in southern Fauquier County with her wife and takes pride in their farmette that includes a range of animals!
