Puppy Class Registration

Registration for any of our in-person puppy classes is an easy, two-step process.

Step 1 - Paperwork

Please complete and submit all (4) required forms using the links below.

The Puppy Veterinary Information Form must be completed and submitted by a licensed veterinarian. Please forward the link to your puppy's primary veterinarian and request they complete and submit on your behalf. All submissions will be verified.

Please keep in mind that we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our patients. Due to our very strict vaccination policies, we are unable to accept records of vaccinations provided by anyone other than a licensed veterinarian. 

All of the following requirements must be met before attending in-person classes:

  • Clear medical exam by your veterinarian
  • Negative fecal test results from your veterinarian 
  • In the home for at least 8 days 
  • Bordetella vaccination at least 3 days before class
  • Distemper vaccination at least 7 days before class
  • Continued vaccinations every 3-4 weeks

You will receive an automated email when each of your forms has been received by ABWC. 

Step 2 - Registration

Upon receipt of your (4) completed form submissions, you will be emailed a link to register for the class(es) of your choice. Follow the provided link to register, and we will see you in class! 

Please note : Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Make-up classes/credit are not offered in the event of absence.
